A brief note from Wes:
"There has to be more to life than partying! There has to be some kind of meaning," I shared with my college buddies. Thus began a spiritual search--accompanied by lots of historical research--that led to giving my life to the God of the Bible. For me, it was like a rush of reason--it all just made sense! As I began to respond to God, the dark and empty places of my life began to be filled with love and peace. I was never the same. That was in 1979. Today, life is richer and more filled with a sense of purpose than ever before.
It is such an honor to be the pastor of this church. Serving on various church staffs for the past twenty years and ministering in parent and teacher training has given my wife and I a passion to build a church that offers a relaxed atmosphere, promotes deep friendships and encourages family enrichment.
My greatest honor is being a dad and husband. I have three children and have been married for twenty-seven years. My marriage to Vicki just keeps getting better-she is such a wonderful woman! I am so thankful.
Yours,
Wes and Vicki Fleming
